High King of Eternal Light Torinn

The Oroboro who claims leadership of Arbane is High King Torinn, the Eternal Light. The High King and his palace resides in the center of the country, although few maps are able to pinpoint where exactly due to the sheer amount of breaches across the country. This has proved useful with the many assassination attempts from their neighbors Hakkak.
Though his true form is that of a silver dragon, his chosen form with his people is that of a fair half-elf man with silver hair and short beard in elegant simple black clothing and a silver crown. It is thought that he chooses a half-elf amongst his Sylvan subjects to represent Arbane’s foot in the First World.
The High King is said to be patient and fair. He holds great pride in the independent nature of his Sylvan subjects, but only tolerates the chaos as long as it does no great harm.
The High King of Arbane is unique amongst his brethren for taking a more active role in his territory’s politics and leadership. He can indeed be found in court most days and has even made trips to the battlefields on the borders to hold back the orc armies.
