Caro i Tuine, Great Forest Border, Arbane

Meaning "Top of the River", this small village is on the route from the Voiceless Wastes to Maldur and the Battlegrounds. A large portion of its residents either come from or are refugees from the Voiceless Wastes. Those refugees who don’t settle there, generally intend to cross the border at Maldur to the more human dominated lands of Hakkak. Whether or not they make it, depends on the current state of the Endless War.
