Bob the Octopus

"Bob" the octopus was a nuances that lived near the coast of Gaz'roc. He was known for stealing children who wandered too close to the sea and pulling them to watery graves. However, after the alliance was established with the Merfolk during the Civil War, it was learned that "Bob" was one of many octopi that would kidnap young unattended children and take them to the underwater city to be fostered and changed into merfolk. There are many "Bob"s that still wonder the coast today looking for neglected small children and the occasional fisherman's catch as a snack for all their good work.
