The Miakoda
An Ikwiikwii clade of scouts, founded by Blackfeather Miakoda. The members of this group live in the fringes of Ikwiikwii society, and act as a network of spies, information brokers, and saboteurs. Those outside the group know very little about the inner workings of the Miakoda except that all its members are Blackfeathers and that they generally operate at night. It is also known that many Miakoda are 'Willing Blackfeathers'; as in Ikwiikwii who purposely turned themselves into Blackfeathers to follow the Miakoda creed. It is rumored that potential members must undergo a unique and very difficult rite developed by Blackfeather Miakoda himself, even after turning into Blackfeathers.
