Culture: Dragonborn are extremely rare, but have been appearing more and more often. The change can affect any race but typically doesn’t start until puberty, and nascent Dragonborn are treated in a variety of ways depending on the location. They are reviled in Faesveldt, but welcomed with open arms on the Eastern Coast. To date, every single one has been Green.
Origin: The Origins of Dragonborn are as yet undiscovered.

Draconic Ancestry: You may only choose a Green Draconic ancestry.
Languages: You know Common and one other Primary language of your choice.
