Anatomy

Usually, the plant reaches the 20 cm mark in height but stops as soon as it gets there, and then the first cycle starts, as also as it first flower.

Genetics and Reproduction

Tripias, as other flowers, spread its seeds by wind and/or other factors. The seed then falls into the ground and germinates into another Tripia. The fact that a reddish or blueish specimen can be found is pure genetics. The probability that a Tripia generates a seed with the mutation of a slight color change is around 1 of every 100.000 seeds (0.001%)

Growth Rate & Stages

A new seed can take up to 3 months to start to germinate, but when it does, it reaches a growing ratio of 3cm a week.

Dietary Needs and Habits

This flower, as in its natural habit, needs a lot of humidity in the air and maybe even constant water in its roots.

Biological Cycle

As the plant reaches 20 cm in height, the first flower starts to pop out. It will be ready to detach its 6 seeds in about a standard month. When it's ready, the seeds will be dropped inside the flower, in a plain surface, waiting for been transported to a piece of soil in which start to germinate.
