Saabo

Saabo gon Khole Szoremes is a famous aristocrat, politician former Khan of the city of Kolia and Goldaz, from the system of Khannh. He is from the Gongo species, featuring a body much wider than that of a human, a large round head, flesh slimy to the touch, and a tail meassuring more than 2 meters.
He was born in 532 in the planet of Khole, where he grew as part of the Szoremes family banner, the richest family on the planet's history, which used to control the vast majority of its cities under a local system of governance usually denominated the Khan Governance System. He was known for governing his territories with an iron fist, allowing -and promoting- widespread slavery and prostitution, and often setting the stage for large hand to hand combats between prisoners that had been previously starved and been given the Golden Treatment.
Having proclaimed himself Khan of the city of Goldaz by his twenties, he would grow to hold significant power in his region via a suppressive regime, eventually coming to form the Khan Planetary Government after creating a league with his family members spread across the entire planet, of which he served as representative.
By the times of the empire, he would lead the planet's admission as a "cooperative world", by which it became overlooked by the empire without being part of the so-called "Inner Empire", which were systems indeed controlled by the imperial government. However, by 592 was emprisoned by Empire forces under charges of treason and uncooperation with the empire, as by that time his planet was being forcefully annexed to the Inner Empire.
He is currently serving a life-long prison sentence at a disclosed mining rehabilitation facility in his home world, but there are secret plans to use him as future Governor of the planet once the Great Schism war is over.
