Khannh

Often also called Khan, Khannh is a planet located near the core of the Galaxy, which features a mostly arid climate across its surface, vast deserts, and very rare appearances of water bodies. It has one known moon (Kanio) of small size, no rings, and an oxygen-hydrogen athmosphere ideal for life.

Astronomical Details

The planet features a near-zero inclination of its rotation in respect to its orbital plane, which allows for permanent extreme cold temperatures on its poles, as well as a very quick rotation, theorized to be a consequence of a lunar collision into its surface millions of years ago.   The planet features only one very small moon, named Kanio, around which most of the planet's faiths are centered, mainly, due to its seemingful appearances and disappearances throughout a normal day. This phenomenon, known as the Kanio Anomaly, has been explained through theories involving athmospheric optics, light reflaction of the moon's reflexion on the planet's large semi-homogenous deserts, and through various explanations of trans-semirelativeness origins.

Geography and climate

The planet features slow tectonic activity and quick temperature shifts, the last of which tend to originate massive winds, arid storms, and sandstorms through the day and specially through nights, further enhancing the planet unusually quick erosion patterns.   These have all been theorized to be reasons behind the planet's uncommonly small mountains and long arid plains and deserts, theorized to also be a consequence of a lunar collision. It also features a very small amount of water, which explains the lack of oceans and large water bodies in the planet, with the exception of the Polar Oceans and numerous lakes and small seas scattered across the planet's surface, which tend to be particularly high in particles and salts, as well as shallow.
