Green Treaty

The Green Conference was a diplomatic action between the worlds of Almoir and Azimo using the Lacom System as communication method.
The Green Treaty was originally not written, as it was a live transmission between the planets diplomats, and it stablished that both worlds would get the same privileges in trade, taxes, army, education and health when a stable transportation method was stablished between them.
