Oneranus the First comissions the four Mahals to be built.

Early Oneran kings cleaved close to the faith of their Faen masters, believing it may have been the source of their powers. Oneranus consulted with astrologers in the court for when and where to build their own temples, and the Four Mahals (each dedicated to four of the sixteen gods of the Faen Senden.
