After Oneranus I died of a fever in the early days of 1157 AE, his son was crowned the second Emperor of Men.
Oneranus I dies of fever brought on by wounds earned during the Campaign. His 16 year old son, Oneranus II, takes the Jade Throne. During his coronation, solar flares occur for hours, as prophesied by court astrologers. After he is enthroned, an Envoy from the Faen arrives and re-affirms Onera's continued vassalage. Oneranus II swears the oath of fealty.
