Ghaenor, the Eternicorpus Vortex

At the far reaches of the Deepest Dreaming, there is a gleaming nebula of discarded scraps of divine thought and power. The nebula swirls around a spherical black void. This void is Ghaenor, known as the Eternicorpus Vortex in academic circles. What lies beyond it is unknown, as nothing ever returns from the blackest of black. Ghaenor is where the carcasses of the dead gods finally meet their end as the last person to know their name finally dies. Residents of Zilla desperately harvest resources from these bodies before they are devoured and the bravest of them comb the nebula for treasures and power.
