Head hunter of District 7. He is the WIllow's twin brother. While his sister is considered cat-like in her grace, he is considered fox-like in his cunning and wit and has a reputation for either ending up in the crosshairs or the bedchambers of the nobility. He has numerous "patrons" who gift him tokens of affection, some of which he shares with his lackeys when he hosts his frequent and often extravagant parties at the District's headquarters. His specialty is incubi and succubi. Bard class.
