Reed

Reed is a dragon-wrought kobold and Head hunter of District 10. They prefer to go by their clan name, Yellow-Belly. Secretive and curt they rarely associate with the other Black Cloak Head Hunters unless absolutely necessary. They run more of a militia, and task their hunters with exterminating goblins and other creatures that occasionally burrow into the mine shafts. They fashion themselves as the ruler of the entire mining district and keep their clawed thumb tightly pressed on the pulse of the district, dabbling in all manners of business, legit or otherwise. Their specialties are aberrations and monstrosities. Fighter class.
