Head hunter of District 11. He specializes in hunting Vampires and saves phylacteries of their tainted blood to use as body altering stimulants. Doing so allows him to gain increased strength and dexterity at the cost of an incredible sensitivity to sunlight or bright lights. Other hunters joke that he has more alcohol than blood in his body and he is frequently found at his favorite tavern which has become the unofficial BCHS headquarters of his district.
