The Horizon Generation

A criminal organization that originated from Colombia, coinciding with the rise of illegal Divindade trade, but that quickly grew up to become transnational and a particularly terrible scourge for the region and its new wave of heroes. The Horizon Generation recruits from both petty crime and more advanced criminals and super-criminals into its organization, which dabbles in the crime, both mundane and 'super.' But ultimately respond to the whims and desires of their leader, the supervillain Singularity.
The Horizon Generation distinguishes itself by its resources and technology when compared to other criminal element. Mostly using distinctive, standard-issue, high-quality armor and kinetic beam weapons derived from the powers and tech their leader uses. Their more direct and forceful crime clearly backed by a more insidious and intellectual element that develops their gear, along with a surprisingly deep pool of resources for such a young organization. Just as importantly, they are not only well-equipped, but their toughest enforcers consist of Imperfect Divinos, metahumans given power by Divindade, but with more drawbacks that most Divinos - Usually, at least. -
In Port Atlantica, The Horizon Generation operates all over the city, but concentrates on the East Pierside, Southside and Downtown districts. Dabbling especially in the smuggling of illegal merchandise, attacks on city-infrastructure, territory claiming and localized robbing, especially towards corporations or vital city-gear for purposes unclear.

Elite Minions: (Super Medium Weight)

Imperfect Divinos: Known simply as "Imperfects" among the ranks of the Horizon Generation. Power-hungry criminals who subjected themselves to the process of gaining superhuman abilities through Divindade, but who usually come out with some drawbacks to their powers. The most common superpower is electricity.

Common Goons: (Street Level)

Blackbodies: The rank-and-file members of The Horizon Generation. They are usually more serious criminals from either local or even international background, outfitted with black-and-white, high-end body armor and kinetic beam weaponry.
