The Weekly Cipher

The Weekly Cipher is a hidden document within each issue of The Weekly Bard that conveys orders to agents in the field. While this practice originally started with the agents of the Weekly Bard the publication has since begun to offer these services to others that pay to have their own ciphers conveniently included in the publications weekly instalment.
