Biography

A former emissary from Kirinokuni the land of the Beastkin, Engan Towari is a famous Spirtua* user who formerly worked for the Eternal Emperor Yin. She is presently a Septum within the Septum Confederation.
As a prominent individual who was revered for her ability of premonition and future sight, Engan Towari is often sought after by many for such an ability and has been the target of various kidnapping attempts as a result. All have failed due to the protective nature of her aide, and her premonition ability.
Despite that, she is often seen in public doing goodwill projects for little to no rewards such as educational reform for children and Maladroits, and refugee assistance and housing. With a kind and gentle heart akin to a mother, her house is relatively open to the public and allows entry to all that desires. While this house is considered to be the least wealthy out of the Septum Houses, they are known to be the only one that seems to give more than they take, and are thusly very renowned by all, even by the other Septums and houses themselves.
It is spoken by many that without Engan Towari and her houses' premonition of the Fell Star Incident, the Septum Confederation would have suffered major losses from the Shadows of Remnants that presently roam the lands.
