Session 108: Blood Brothers

Lanthem, Cedric, and Vulkrem decide to explore the Temple of Chaos, which despite having been destroyed in the war, still contains treasures. While down there, Vulkrem begins to toy with Lanthem and Cedric's hold on magic. Lanthem demands that he explains himself, or stop, Vulkrem chooses to do neither, so Lanthem attacks Vulkrem. Vulkrem retaliates, and Lanthem nearly kills him, forcing Vulkrem to flee. Lanthem lets him go. Cedric uses the opportunity to disconnect himself from Vulkrem's hold. It's at this point that they discover that they're not alone in the basement of the Temple, and they quickly hide in one of the closets.
