Vaso is introduced to Sillia by Sieve, and they, along with Ezra, Niramia, and Royce, go speak to the High Cleric Solavoseh of the Temple of Chaos down in New Crescendo, to discuss how they might reign in the humans in who have developed magical abilities. By the end of this meeting Sieve is feeling distrustful of the High Elves, and leaves abruptly, to go find Karlt and head back to Sonopra immediately.
