Lanthem, Red, Gabriel, Garruk, and Imrie meet Nura, and discover a common goal in the mysterious Shadow Creature they faced in the abandoned Temple of Yenna. Red gets them a meeting with her mother Areanna, who gets them a meeting with the Mistress of Magic, Lady Alta. They tell her everything, only to discover that she had poisoned the wine she'd given them.
