Bari, Sillia, Arael, Vaso, and Ezra mourn the loss of Niramia, before setting off. They travel across the narrow bridge for six days, before it opens up into a field of mushrooms. There, a Blackguard riding a Manticore comes with a message from Venumbra, but before he can read it, they attack, killing him.
