Sillia, Ezra, Bari, Nira, Arael and Vaso fight the Drider and her huge spider minions. Lumi is killed, and Vaso loses his hand but taps into some of the secrets of the universe. They learn that Venumbra rules these lands, and elect to travel south to Old Necropolis, where Venumbra supposedly resides, in his city of the dead.
