Vulkrem descends down to the Citadel after having spent weeks with Imili learning how he is different, and learning new magical techniques. He is a Vampire, and he hunts half a dozen squatters in the Citadel, drinking their blood, raising in power every time he does. He then takes the Citadel for himself.
