Lanthem, Gabriel, Nura, Garruk, and Imrie escape from their cells. Red chooses to stay behind, not wanting to betray his people. They find themselves in some kind of underground labyrinth, with huge secrets that they are barely able to scratch the surface of before they are forced to escape through a portal, and find themselves back in New Crescendo. They decide they must go see Nura's people in Oathkeep, but will have to make the journey on foot.
