Tool Proficiencies

Below are the Tools from the PHB that exist in The Chords of Chaos during the Stone Age. If there's a tool included in in the PHB that's not included below, you can assume it probably doesn't exist during the Stone Age. Because it's the stone age, a lot of these are less "tool kits" and more just about the knowledge involved in the skillset of making that kind of gear. For the most part, a lot of these tools are just "a rock." So unless otherwise noted, assume you don't need complicated tools to utilize these skills.
There is a tech level associated with each tool, which indicates which cultures possess the skillsets needed for you to have learned these abilities. They are Dwarf, High Elf, Wood Elf, City Human, Tribal Human, and Orc. They are represented with D, H, W, C, T, and O respectively. "All" indicates that all races can utilize these skillsets. It is possible for your character to not be a member of this race and still have a skill, but you should discuss it with your DM to make sure your character concept fits.
