Nell visits the Allfaiths Shrine in Red Large and uses its meager library and the help of Brother Dorn, cleric of Oghma, to find information about the mark on her companions. Dorn tells her it is highly possible her friends somehow ended up in the city of Sigil in the Outer Planes. He advises her that this rune, the torment rune, marks Danu and Owen for something, he just doesn't know what and she should seek out knowledge in the city of Waterdeep.
