Balmend Irontusk is the Artisan of the Master Forge in Nidavellir. He is the oldest of the Artisans and is only the fourth Artesian of Nidavellir since the inception of the Order of Anvils over a millennia ago. 
Balmend is known for his keen interest in Dwenmir Artefact and Relic restoration. He is a well-regarded historian of dwarven forging and maintains a museum at the forge in Nidavellir that hosts these restored relics.
