The Abros Kingdom joins Gallica

Political event

In no small part due to the Necromancer Crisis the King of Abros decides his nation is too devestated to resist foreign conquest for long and so decides to give up his throne on his own term; he makes an agreement with the expansionist kingdom of Gallica and becomes a count of the Abros county, a subject of the Gallican crown, in exchange for sovereignty and protection.
To this day the count of Abros answers only to the king and the gods.
