Wittrol

Wittrol is a death world. Not in the sense that it is flooded with necrotic energies, quite the opposite actually. Life on Wittrol is thriving. Instead, Wittrol is a death world because it is filled with poisons, carnivorous poisonous plants and poisonous carnivores.

Poisons ever-present

This world is a poison world. The clouds rain poison, the soil is slightly poisonous, the water more so, the plants more and finally the creatures found here are seemingly almost made of poison and venom. It is quite anemic to life and without adequate protection outsiders are unable to explore this realm reliably.

The world is constantly covered in clouds and the poison rains are quite common. Most of the world is covered with swamps or jungles with dense vegetation. The safest way to be on this world is aboard a flying ship above the clouds.

High Gravity world

Wittrol produces incredibly tough and dangerous creatures not only because the environment is saturated with an incredible array of diverse poisons, but also because the gravity on this world is high enough that it will severely impact the health of outside creatures.
The native creatures are stronger and tougher than their size would suggest, due to increased bone and muscle density. however they will become ill if they stay on worlds without higher gravity for too long, and many will be unable to procreate.
