Borderlands WorldEmber 2022 Mini-Meta

Scope

For this WorldEmber, I need to flesh out the areas that are relevant to the books I'm currently working on (2, 2.5, 3). Mostly that's the planet of Osecou and its various areas, but for book 3 I'll need to also flesh out the rest of the universe.
I'm going to start my focus on the various countries, areas, and species of Osecou, and then if I have time I'll move to the broader universe.
