DISCORD AND GUILD RULES
- This group is geared for 21+ members, meaning you are an adult; act like one. As such, actions have consequences.
- We are a shipping and trading company front with a pirate background. Do not brag about this or your character without expecting repercussions from other members, guards, or players. This could also get you removed. Lesser evil for a greater good.
- No racism, sexism, politics, feminism etc., nor anything related to religion or offensive topics. We are here to play games; go hang out on your Facebook if you want to read that stuff.
- Do not troll in Discord or in the game. Makes you look bad and will get you kicked. You represent the guild as long as you wear the tag. There isn't an 'OOC' membership that allows you to get away with this. If you tag over your head, you are expected to act appropriately.
- Keep IC and OOC separate. Check channel categories. People found abusing knowledge will be removed.
- Guild Chat (/g) is OOC and Officer Chat (/o) is IC.
- Do not spam files, text, etcetera. Keep it clean and use the correct channels in the game and out. Useless stuff will be deleted.
- Got a disagreement? Take it to an officer.
- Respect the Owners, Officers, and guildmates.
- Rules are subject to change at any time.
Anyone found breaking these rules, may end up being fired from Blackwater Company. Blackwater reserves the rights to change the rules without cause or notice.
REMEMBER:
- World of Warcraft is a game. Games are meant to be fun. If you become angry or frustrated, take a break. Don’t be rash and act out your anger in a way that could ruin the experience for others and lead to a report being filed against you.
- World of Warcraft is a fantasy. It is not a historical depiction of anything from any real-world place or time period. In Blackwater, we will not abide arguments in favor of such things as slavery or prostitution. If that’s the group you want, you’re in the wrong place.
- The things you post are public. Don’t disclose real-life personal information that could result in fraud, hacking or impersonation. Be mindful about what you share in any online space.
