Crown Forest
Just a few minutes' walk away from Sam and Cal's home is Crown Forest - a huge woodland teeming with wildlife that hides magic in every corner.
Geography
Crown Forest is mostly pines and spruces, but there are also oaks, maples, beeches, and other seasonally changing trees. It is quite hilly in places, and Faulkner River passes through the northern part of the forest. There are also several smaller streams that flow south. Crown Forest is known for its beauty in the autumn, when its maples are bright red and orange. It also grows snowdrops and bluebells in abundance after winter.
Fauna & Flora
A large number of deer inhabit the woods. Squirrels, badgers, foxes and weasels can also be seen, among a huge variety of wild birds.
Lesser known to the public, Crown Forest is also home to jackalopes and very rarely, satyrs.
