Utgard-Loki

Chieftain of the Jotun

Once the king of Utgard and the Jotun, Utgard-Loki is now king of very little except the tiny slice of a realm he commands beneath the Brooklyn Bridge. Queen Alfhild has granted him the title of Chieftain of the Jotun and he uses it to rule over his people, consisting mostly of dwarves, jotuns and trolls.
