The ocean and its dark depths are the domain of Shae. Her kingdom, the sea of the Mortal Realm is under hers to rule and allows her to be one of the only exceptions of the divine's banishment of the realm, for as long as she stands in her waters she is free to stay.
Divine Origin
During the War of Heaven and Hell, the mortal mage Shae proposed a plan to the
Rain Twins. Her plan, which the Twins executed flawlessly, was to travel to the endless isles and bring a large amount of its water into the Mortal Realm. The Twins managed to summon a large tidal wave to flood the battlefields once the mortals were safely placed into their caves. Many devils and demons who couldn't fly perished, making it one of heaven's major victories during the war. Her assistance brought Shae godhood, and heaven gave the remains of the flood to her as a kingdom under her rule.
Appearance / Physical Vessel
Shae wears a blue dress with white dots and though human, has fins emerging from her arms and legs. Her hair is a dirty blond curled into locks intertwined with seaweed and shells. Freckles cover her face and arms giving her a sweet appearance. She has human teeth but has the ability to reveal a set of shark teeth hidden in her gums. Shae also carries a staff with a large gem (a swirl of emerald and sapphire) that allows her to easily channel her divine power.
Reincarnation
Shae was not targeted by Scias as she was hidden deep beneath the depths, meaning she was never reincarnated during the Awakened Generation. She heard the commotion of Kraken rising by the Requian Coast and worked for years to escape her hiding place. Once she did she fought and sealed both herself and the Kraken into a large cavern below the Kraken's Gulf.
