Rose Ward

The Rose Ward is the second richest ward in the city, close behind the Sommerset Ward. It's the location of a great number of nobility, merchants, and Azurian veterans. Additionally, it's the home of the Fairtofore College of Eloquence, the premiere school on political theory and history. It's no secret that the Warmongers got their start as a few high born families who graduated from Fairtofore, and their influence over the ward has granted it an air of surprising neutrality. Lastly, you can find Rose Manor in this part of the city, the baron's own home and seat of "power". While Marn has maintained its limited democracy granted under the Azurian Empire, the families ensure a tight grip on whoever fills the seat behind that massive ebony desk.
