Kasumi Hikaru

Kasumi Hikaru is one of the pirate lords of the Azarian Seas. On the same level as the likes of Manuel Marcovicci, Hikaru has raided and plundered the Azarian Seas for a little over two decades now. Hikaru's ship draws largely from her Triton way of life, sporting traditional Triton markings along its hull.
