Neecho Gatmel
Neecho Gatmel is the Rodian majordomo of Durga Besadii Tai, responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Besadii criminal empire in the Arkanis sector. A cold, calculating villain, Neecho is the iron fist within Durga's ostensibly velvet glove and is responsible for taking care of "all the little unpleasantries" whenever one of Durga's employees steps out of line. Neecho is entrusted with Durga's full authority and generally acts as the go-between for the Hutt in most matters, assigning duties to the syndicate's various employees. While Durga is the one who generally personally grants lucrative rewards to those who do well in his service, it is Neecho who metes out horrific punishments to those who do not. In this way Durga is insulated from prosecution and can maintain the appearance of being a wholly benevolent and caring Hutt to the outside observer.
As the right-hand Rodian to one of the sector's most influential Hutts, Neecho has grown accustomed to the finer things and often gives the choicest opportunities to those who present Durga with interesting and valuable items (of which, it is rumored, many end up in Neecho's personal treasury).
Majordomo Neecho Gatmel is Durga's right hand Rodian, entrusted to handle any matters with Durga's full authority.
