Moff Alexander Julstan IV
Alexander Julstan IV is an Imperial Moff tasked with the governance of the Arkanis sector during the Galactic Civil War. He was once the owner of the famous Twi'lek dancing girl C'ar L'andara until she escaped. It was known that Julstan extensively used the services of alien spies in his efforts against the Alliance, and worked closely with COMPNOR in an effort to keep the Arkanis Sector under the thumb of the Empire. When not in his offices on Arkanis, he is generally found aboard the Imperial Star Destroyer Conquest, overseeing the subjugation of the sector.
