Admiral Rhugo Bheren
Admiral Rhugo Bheren is the overall fleet commander of the Alliance naval forces in the Arkanis Sector. A dour, taciturn man, the Admiral has a keen tactical mind and has managed to outmaneuver the Empire in several campaigns across multiple sectors. Currently chafing under the low resources being supplied to the fleet, he has nonetheless managed to strech out the dwindling supplies far better than anyone could have expected.
