The first in a long succession of Metvian Empires, and often said to be Eridus' first true empire, the Harkand Empire begins to expand across the Chek-Hava Rivers, reaching from its capital Sharni to the Kopava Sea
The Kuhuras i-Sharni (Sharni Necropolis) is a massive, pyramid-shaped monument not far outside the Metvian city of Sharni. The building adopts the rough shape of a pyramid atop a tall square base. First built in the 20th century BF, this 6,500-year old monument originally served as the family crypt of the Khuvni Dynasty. When the dynasty was overthrown in 1736 BF, the dynasty that followed (Rakku) left it abandoned, where its base lay buried under the desert sands for over 2,500 years.
The first Kamshir temple is constructed in the mountain community of Jaram, marking the symbolic ending hundreds of years of exile among the religion's followers from their original homeland in Metvis

These sons are in turn either married into or assassinated by various noble families across the provinces, with each family's domain functioning as its own pseudo-state. As part of their first crewed expedition to the moons of Kannal, astronauts from Akava land on Eridus near the village of Kokahi in the Duchy of Narvis, at the time a semi-independent protectorate under the Korsan Empire following the conquest of Lundi
Under the orders of the Jurak Emperor of Rokra, explorer Garandem Kusam leads four different missions to Eridus and Mirad. The first (2567-68) sees the diplomatic crew venture to Asharia, the second (2570-73) sees the further exploration of Korano and a deal struck with the Asharian Wolai family, and the third (2576-78) sees the establishment of Sanas'hu and the purchase of land near Wanchu
Although most are slow to adapt, certain Eridian nations and families (namely the Korsan Empire and the Asharian Wolai family) adopt the technologies granted to them by their Sildor benefactors, causing an upheaval in Eridian geopolitics and catapulting much of the planet far forward technologically

As part of the Fifth Hanora mission, they were only expected to remain on the surface for three Eridian days, but their crash landing forced them to remain for three months until the Sixth Hanora could rescue them
In the city of Qemruu, the prophet Ha'akun Ishtar receives the word of the Hikkaru, founding the Dovosni religion, which begins to slowly spread across the region from the Kopava Sea to the Koltan Mountains, and later into Asharia and Metvis
The organization of the Kamshir religion breaks apart, with the polytheistic religion beginning to break up into several smaller temples, each worshipping one deity in particular as a monotheistic religion. Contemporary analysts and future historians alike would argue that this occurrence had been merely the final result of centuries of religious and political turmoil
With First Prefect Gilu Saluris making increasing advances at gaining power, the Parliament of Korsus ousts him from office, enraging his base of supporters and starting a massive civil war. After some time he is crowned Aliku (Emperor) Saluris XI, declaring the nation once more to be the Korsan Empire, purging Republicans from Parliament and enacting sweeping reforms to consolidate his power, in part using the conquests of Moqash Atzan to motivate fears and resentment toward the inefficiencies of the previous govenment. The remnants of the Republican government flee to the colony of Hanoras on Mirad, signing a ceasefire to focus on the threat of Moqash Atzan. Despite the later name change to the Republic of Hanoras, the nation is still the same as the old Korsan Republic, and many still argue themselves to be the legitimate government of Korsus, with the civil war never technically ending
Following the cataclysms of the previous two centuries, in addition to Hanoras' separation from the Empire entirely, the Korsan Empire gradually breaks up into several smaller states across Setuva and Eastern Eburin, with Korsus reduced to a rump state within Central Setuva
King Metorke III (r. 4315-39) would reorganize the government of Qanaar and its territories, creating the Serene Republic of the Markazi Isles as a trading empire that same year
Triggered by a major dispute over who would succeed Emperor Misas IV, the Crisis of the 49th Century spread throughout the Eburian Kingdoms as different houses sought the throne of Korsus for themselves. Eventually these houses, along with various nationalist groups, began to fight for their independence, breaking away one-by-one until all the was left was a kingdom around the traditional Korsan heartlands. Being the uncontested rulers of all that remained, House Chonem established their own Kingdom of the Chonems, claiming themselves to be the successors of the Korsan Empire.
