The Jade Riders

The Jade Riders are a guild of public transportation workers and businesses. They provide public transport in the form of carriages, ferries, stable stalls that people could rent for a limited time or indefinitely, and, on occasion, sell horses. In some regions, the local governments will sponsor the guild, supplying funds to them in return for the services of maintaining local roads and bridges.
The Jade Riders tried to supply their services to as many regions as possible, but are unable to in some, such as the Therian sub-region in the wilds, which don't have any form of proper roads.
