Requirements
The Technarch is chosen from among the Grade 4 Hierophants by a committe of their peers.
Appointment
When the previous Technarch becomes unresponsive, the Grade 4 Hierophants gather together and choose a new one from nominees chosen from each Grade 4 committee.
Duties
The Technarch is 'plugged in' to the Apogee of the Singularity and provides an interface to speak its will to the committees of Grade 4 Hierophants.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Eventually, the Technarch becomes unresponsive. This can occur in as little as a week but can take several years if not decades. When they do, their physical shell is removed from the interface and they are replaced by the next.
