Fae-Powder

Fae-Powder is a material that can be extracted from sprites, pixies and fairies through repeated bludgeoning.

The powder, when 5ml is applied to a non-fae Humanoid, causes the same effect as the charm spell, against a DC 12 Wisom Save. Half of that dose will affect a beast in the same way.
