A young man with strange markings on his face, an eldritch glow to his eye, and a matching Owl. He speaks of things that have yet to happen... or maybe they already have happened.

In the story...

Encountered in the Stormpass District enchanting coins and throwing them off a bridge, similar to how a child might make a wish. He spoke in circles, re-using lines from the following passage:
The Apostles of Golden Light riding on Shadowy Wings. Everything tarnishes over time, even that which glows with Divine Purpose. Instrument of destruction, from ashes life is born anew. Chorus of Creation, I beckon you once more. As the darkness ascends, thou must cling to the waning Light.
Seven Summer showed him Howl's music box, which he seemed to recognize. In a break from rephrasing lines from his passage, he told Seven to tell his brother that "he is sorry," and that he misses him.
One of the enchanted coins is in possession of Gyeran.
