In the story...

Lucatiel of Mirrah was encountered as another invitee to Kestrel's estate to discuss the assassination of the High King. She is very self-assured about her own skill in combat, and challenges others to prove their worth.
Openly questioned the strength of several of the invited members, especially Kirtania Synderi. Seems to respect the opinions of Seven Summer and Gyeran. 

History

Lucatiel has revealed that she used to run a mercenary company named the Fangs of the North, but it was eventually wiped out in clashes with the High King's forces when he was expanding territory to the North ~20 years ago. Noted that her personal friends all perished in a personal battle with the High King.
