Caelum Blackthorn

Caelum Blackthorn is the elder Blackthorn, one of two sons. He was the leader of the Blackthorn residence until 3072, when he was exiled from the city for his revolutionary ideas. He had been attempting to gather support to end the taxation of the lifts, to move the Ring of Masses residents up to the Ring of Might, and to raise the pay of workers. Shortly after his exile, he dissapeared from the public eye.
