Fear in the Fishing Town--Session 1-

Shimstar, Eastern Fishing Town of Albion
You have found yourself at the coastal fishing town of Shimstar. While booming during the day, something is unsettling in the night. Stories have been swirling to other towns that something has been terrorizing the citizens in the night. A small group of town leaders of Shimstar have sent out a call to help with what they call the Night Terrors. Tomorrow, the leaders hope to hold a meeting to discuss what to do. This evening as the sun begins to set, you find yourself walking the streets of Shimstar. The delicious smells of seafood fill the air, but tension begins to fill the streets as the sun begins to set.
Foggy Night for a Fight
The group had gathered in the central tavern of Shimstar, The Piers, to rest for the night after each person's respective travels. After sunset, the mysterious fog engrossed the town as predicted, but a lone deckhand was caught out in The Fog. The Warforged deckhand, Neal, was saved by the group as they narrowly escaped the cloud and fog like creatures.
The Harbors of Shimstar
The following morning, the party met with The Trident to discuss how they could help. The party began investigating rumors that they had heard by starting in the harbor district. After interviewing Neal and a shop owner name Myathana Duskwish , the group discovered that there was possible some bad blood between a Duke named Victoro Alabast and some members of the town. Furthermore, some townsfolk harbor resentment for Zakzuk Brindle of The Trident because of his connection to the Thaumaturges .
Deciding which lead to follow first, the group decided to travel to the mansion of Victoro Alabast . As they arrived, something was off. Wyren noticed that fresh blood had been recently shrubbed from the front steps as they entered into the magical mansion.
