Material Characteristics

Wood is nearly black in color but when hardened and lackered will reflect light with a deep purple sheen.

Physical & Chemical Properties

Water absorbant. Immune to water spell. Resistant to ice spells. Weak to fire and flammable like any other wood type, if catches fire, wearer of armor or wielder of weapon takes 1d4 fire dmg

Geology & Geography

Found locally in Jagged Teeth and local forest. Is uncommon material but not rare.
