Outpost 82

Outpost 82 is a remote settlement located in the Thallit Delta Sector. It is situated on the edge of a vast desert, surrounded by rugged and uninhabitable terrain. The outpost was originally established as a mining colony, but over the years it has become a hub for traders, explorers and other outcasts looking to escape the more civilized parts of the sector. It is considered the "middle of nowhere" by many space travelers and miners, as it is located on the edge of the explored sector, far from any major interstellar trade routes or inhabited planets. The outpost is primarily a refueling and resupply station for those brave enough to venture into the uncharted regions of the sector.
What makes Outpost 82 truly unique is its isolation. It is situated on the planet Jimente in the Nou System and is out on the extreme edge of the Mushami Expanse. It is so remote that it is only visited by a handful of ships each year. The nearest inhabited planet is a good three weeks away by shuttle. There are no other settlements nearby, and the only sign of civilization on the planet is the outpost itself.
Despite its harsh conditions, Outpost 82 has managed to survive and even thrive. The colony is made up of a motley collection of prefabricated buildings, scrap metal shacks, and makeshift shelters. The inhabitants are a diverse group of people, ranging from former miners and traders to rogue scientists and exiles. They have formed a tight-knit community, relying on each other for survival in this harsh and unforgiving environment.
The outpost is also known for its rough-and-tumble culture. The local bar, "The Rusty Bucket", is a notorious hangout for smugglers and travelers. The bar serves as the center of social life and is a place where people from all walks of life can come together to drink, gamble, and swap stories.
Despite its rough exterior, Outpost 82 has a certain rugged charm that draws people in. It's a place where you can escape the constraints of civilization and make a new start, or simply disappear into the vastness of the Thallit Delta. Miner 1: "Out on the fringes, near Outpost 82."
Miner 2: "Oh man, that's the middle of nowhere. Why would anyone bother mining out there?"

Miner 2: "Hmm, might have to check it out. But I'll make sure to stock up on supplies before heading out to Outpost 82."
